Shipping Costs
Costs are as follows:
- $0 and $49.99 : Cost $8.99
- $50 and $99.99 : Cost $6.99
- All orders over $100 : Free
Orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 1:30 pm (UTC) and on the next working day if placed after this time. Shipping times vary by location.

Outside of USA
Sorry but we are not able to ship orders outside of the USA.
Shipping Address
Goods can be shipped either to your home address or an alternative address.
If paying by credit card we recommend that goods are shipped to the address associated with the card.
If you request shipping to an alternative address this can raise security issues and verification in these circumstances may delay your order.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Holidays).
In case of National Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Shipping to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.
All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time to re-deliver or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

We do everything we can to meet the shipping time specified in this policy, however occasionally shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
